Eau Claire Fastpitch will have a board meeting next Wednesday, August 8th at the Green Mill Restaurant located at 2703 Craig Road starting at 7 pm. At this meeting we will review the past season, begin planning for 2019, and most importantly elect officers for the coming year. The officer slate that will be voted upon at next Wednesday's meeting and the full meeting agenda is as follows:

If you are interested in having a greater involvement in the organization, please contact either Kris or Jeremy or reply to this email. There are some roles that have a limited time commitment, such as being responsible for ordering uniforms or securing sponsors for the league and Fury teams. Many hands make light work and the more people we can get involved, the stronger are organization will be.
Finally, families not volunteering at the Eau Claire Fastpitch tournament should have received an email that your player participation fee check will be cashed. If there are any questions, please reply to this email.
