Eau Claire Fastpitch provides the opportunity for girls ages 6-18 to engage in physical exercise, further personal fitness and healthy lifestyle habits, and develop leadership and self-confidence through the practice, participation, and competition in fastpitch softball.
Eau Claire Fastpitch has approximately 100 girls in its organization that play on nine teams ranging from the 8u to high school divisions as part of the Chippewa Valley Girls Fastpitch league. For those desiring a more competitive experience, we have the Eau Claire Fury travel teams that play in local softball tournaments from May to July. Eau Claire Fastpitch hosts one of the largest softball tournaments in the area in June, generally with a field size of 64 teams. To celebrate the 50th anniversary tournament in 2016, Eau Claire Fastpitch expanded the field to include 100 teams! In 2016 Eau Claire Fastpitch, along with the Eau Claire Nationals, celebrated the opening of Jeffers Road Park providing “home” fields for our teams. Eau Claire Fastpitch and Eau Claire Nationals continue to raise money to finish the park, with lighting for the fields being the largest expense remaining.
